All of Yaelisa’s Classes will be taught at Dimond Studios starting in September.  Pre-payment and registration is required for all classes to ensure your space, sign up via email and/or Paypal or Venmo ( Space is limited and classes will be closed when full.

Description of classes for current session:  
Classes accompanied by guitarist Jason McGuire!

Tues 7:30-9:30 Adv Technique/Short Farruca Choreo:  Building upon the skills that students have learned in structuring baile for cante, playing palmas for each other, coaching with regard to body control, footwork, armwork and understanding compás.  Students in this class are offered additional performance opportunities with Yaelisa. 

Wed Classes:  These workshops focus on more beginner levels to build foundation and for new students.  Structured now in 4 week sessions, Yaelisa expects a 4 week commitment in order to hold sessions.

Sat. 11-12pm Beg Flamenco: For new or more experienced Beginners to build foundation in rhythm, footwork and upper body dynamics. A good intro class for the Bulerias class that follows at 12pm.

Sat. 12-1pm Beg Bulerias: For several levels of beginners, 15 min technique and focus on learning the exciting Bulerias style, funky and fiesta driven.

Sat. 1-2pm Int/Adv Technique:    Focusing on foot drills and patterns, remates and turns.

Sat. 2-3pm Adv Martinete Choreography:  Cuadro skills and castanets included in this class.

Yaelisa is available for private or semi-private lessons that include coaching on existing choreographies, or creating new ones individually suited to the level and desire of the student.  $85/hour for coaching, mentoring or creating new material on a student. or call (510) 910-2514
